STUDIO POLICIES

Cancellations - Clients must give 24-hour notice to cancel appointments to avoid penalty. If notice is not received 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the entire amount of the scheduled appointment. 

No-Show - Failure to arrive or cancel a scheduled appointment will result in a "no-show" fee applied to the card on file (100% of your scheduled service). Please understand that while we love what we do, it is how we make a living. We set aside time just for you, and when you do not contact us to cancel, it affects our schedule and livelihood. 

Refunds - When scheduling an appointment with Lashvibe, you are purchasing our time and skills. We do not offer refunds of any kind for services given during your appointment time. If, for some reason, you are unhappy with the services received, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of the initial application, and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with your eyelashes.
