STUDIO POLICIES
Cancellations - Clients must give 24-hour notice for appointment cancellation to avoid penalty. If notice is not received 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled appointment.
No-Show - Failure to arrive or cancel a scheduled appointment will result in a "no-show" fee applied to the card on file (100% of your scheduled service). Please understand that while we love what we do, it is how we make a living. We set aside time just for you and when you do not contact us to cancel, it affects our schedule and our livelihood.
Refunds - When scheduling an appointment with Lashvibe, you are purchasing our time and skills. We do not offer refunds of any kind for services given during your appointment time. If for some reason you are unhappy with the services received, please contact us within 72 hours of the initial application and we would be happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your eyelashes.
